We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in Australia. It follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1) What personal information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and automatically through our website and social channels.

  • Purchase & booking details

  • Competition entries and survey responses

  • Messages to us (email, forms, DMs)

  • Preferences (e.g., product interests, sizing)

Automatically (website/app analytics):

  • Device/usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, session duration)

  • Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, SDKs)

  • Approximate location (derived from IP)

If we receive unsolicited personal information, we handle or de-identify it in line with APP 4. You may also interact with us anonymously or under a pseudonym where reasonable (APP 2).

2) Why we collect and how we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide our products/services and run events & competitions

  • process orders, payments, shipping and customer support

  • personalise content and recommendations

  • operate and improve our website, apps, and social media

  • run advertising and retargeting (e.g., Meta/TikTok/Google)

  • send service messages and, if you opt in (or it’s otherwise permitted), marketing about our products, events and offers

  • comply with law and manage risk (fraud prevention, record-keeping)

Direct marketing follows Australian rules (see Section 6).

3) How we collect your information

  • You provide it (checkout, forms, bookings, competitions, emails, DMs)

  • Automated tools (cookies, analytics, pixels)

  • Third parties you connect or that support our services (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners, social logins, marketing platforms) — we only receive what’s needed for the purpose.

We take reasonable steps to notify you at or before collection (APP 5).

4) Cookies, analytics and ads

We may use cookies and similar tech to run the site, measure performance and show relevant ads. This may include:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics/GA4

  • Advertising & social pixels: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some may affect site features.

5) Disclosing your information

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, payment, email/SMS, analytics, customer support, fulfilment/couriers)

  • Marketing/advertising partners (only as needed to deliver/measure campaigns)

  • Event/competition partners (if we specify it in the T&Cs)

  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where required by law

Some recipients may be located outside Australia (e.g., cloud hosting in the US/EU). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients protect your information in line with APP 8.

6) Direct marketing, email & SMS

We only send electronic marketing in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 and related guidance, using consent (express or, where allowed, inferred) and always providing an easy opt-out.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails/SMS or by contacting us.

  • If you opt out, we’ll stop marketing but may still send service/transactional messages (e.g., order updates).

7) Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure (APP 11). We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then take steps to de-identify or securely destroy it.

8) Data breaches

If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we’ll assess and, where required, notify affected individuals and the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, including recommendations for steps individuals should take.

9) Access and correction

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it’s inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading (APPs 12 and 13). We may ask for proof of identity and will respond within a reasonable time. If we can’t provide access or make the correction, we’ll tell you why and how to complain.

10) Children

Our services are generally designed for adults. If you’re under 18, please obtain a parent/guardian’s permission before providing personal information.
