CUSTOM DESIGN

Do you offer custom jewellery design services?

Yes, absolutely! Custom design is one of our specialties. Whether you’re looking for an engagement ring, a personalised gift, or a redesign of an heirloom piece, we’ll work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your vision.

How does the custom design process work?

Our custom design process includes four key steps:

  1. Consultation: We discuss your ideas, inspirations, budget, and design preferences.

  2. Design Development: We create sketches or 3D models for your approval.

  3. Crafting: Our expert jewellers, Rachael and Abi, meticulously handcraft your piece.

  4. Delivery: Your finished piece is packaged beautifully and ready to be cherished.

Can I use my own gemstones or metals in a custom design?

Yes, we’re happy to incorporate your own gemstones or repurpose metals from sentimental pieces. We’ll assess their condition to ensure they’re suitable for the new design.

How long does a custom jewellery piece take to make?

Custom pieces typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during your consultation.

REPAIRS and CLEANING

Do you offer repairs or resizing?

Yes, we offer repair services and resizing for both our pieces and other jewellery. Contact us with details and we’ll provide a quote.

What if my jewellery gets damaged?

If your piece is damaged, reach out to us immediately. We’ll assess the damage and determine the best repair solution. For items under warranty, repairs may be covered.

Do you offer professional cleaning?

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning for pieces purchased from us. For deep cleaning or gemstone checks, visit us in-studio.

CONSULTATIONS

Can I visit your studio?

Yes! Our studio is based in Sunbury, Victoria, and we welcome clients by appointment. This ensures we can dedicate focused time to discuss your jewellery needs.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for clients who can’t visit in person. We can discuss your ideas over Zoom or phone and share design visuals digitally.
